Frequently Asked Questions
Which operating systems is FourEyes compatible with?
FourEyes is compatible with Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, and 2003. FourEyes is only compatible with Windows 32-bit editions.
How does FourEyes store usernames and passwords?
FourEyes does not have its own authentication subsystem, so it does not need to store usernames or passwords. Usernames and passwords are stored in the same way they were stored before FourEyes was installed.
Is the four-eyes policy enforced for remote connections?
No. The four-eyes policy is only enforced for local logons (at the console). Remote control software and Windows Terminal Services allows users to remotely connect to the console, so the four-eyes policy is enforced for these logons.
