The Fast Ferret algorithm improves scan performance by reducing the number of queries sent to Active Directory.

Move or delete home folders

Unused Account Ferret can automatically move or delete a user's home folder when their account is deleted.

Import and export

Export scan results for later processing, or to review results before removing the unused accounts.

Ignore list

You can exclude accounts or groups from the scan by adding them to the ignore list.

Computer account scanning

Unused Account Ferret can also find and delete unused computer accounts. Every computer in an Active Directory domain has a computer account.

Delayed scanning

Unused Account Ferret can start scanning outside business hours to reduce load on your network and domain controllers.
